We thought we had a tire issue when passing through town. Premier Toyota worked us in right away and didn’t charge us when the issue was a minor adjustment! Thanks to all the friendly staff that helped us on this cold morning!

We were driving back to Omaha on I-80 and we noticed our 2020 Highlander made a sound that we could not identify (pressure/suction of air changed inside the vehicle). We happened to be a few miles away from North Platte and pulled off on the first exit to look at the vehicle. We noticed a plastic piece hanging down from below the vehicle. We were fortunate to find a Toyota dealership right off the same exit and took it to them hoping they could take a look at it. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and helped right away. Our vehicle was immediately taken to the service bays and they discovered the plastic cover covering where the oil would be accessed and changed had broken away. They informed us that they did not have the replacement part on hand but it wasn’t necessary for us to operate/drive back to Omaha and we could take to our local dealer upon our return home. We asked what we owed and the gentleman that helped us said nothing and shook our hands and told us to have a safe trip back home. Our total visit was approximately 10 minutes. We’re not in the market to buy another Toyota right now and although there is a 250+ miles between Omaha and North Platte, I would definitely reach out to Premier to make a new vehicle inquiry and purchase.

We had a great experience buying a new car from Premier. We live out of state and wanted to do everything via email and phone. The process couldn't have been much simpler. I heard a rattling noise underneath my car while on a road trip. Luckily this dealership was just a quarter mile from my hotel. It was a Saturday and staff/ownership went above and beyond to get me back on the road after a very quick repair. Bonus points for being transparent and educating me on the part. I wish I lived here full time, because I would no doubt return for regular service if so! Looking at other reviews, it appears many other travelers have had similar positive experiences here. Nebraska hospitality!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. After traveling almost 16 hours from Wisconsin, the check engine light came on in our vehicle. Since our destination was Denver, it was a little far to attempt to drive without having it checked out. I called while we were in Kearney to see if we’d be able to stop to have it checked since this location was the next closest Toyota dealership. We were very much welcomed and they didn’t hesitate to check it out for us. (Even though we are from Wisconsin & we were wearing Badgers gear) Highly recommend. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

I had the very great pleasure of meeting Mr. Ben Kure, the Parts and Service Manager of Premier Toyota, North Platte, Nebraska. Ben was absolutely spectacular when addressing our car issue and resolving it. Ben’s personality, his calm confidence, as well as his willingness and ability to address our situation was very impressive. His handling of our car problem left me completely impressed with this young man. While traveling from New York to Utah, we stayed overnight in Kearney, Neb. In the morning when I started the car, the “check engine light” came on along with a message to visit your dealer. Instead of retracing our route for an hour, we decided to forge ahead to the closest Toyota Dealer, which was in North Platt, Neb., an hour and 15 minutes away. while enroute, we called and were assured by Ben that it was reasonably safe to drive the car, as long as the Check Engine Light was not flashing. When we reached the dealership, Ben quickly brought the car in and diagnosed the issue and reassured us that the issue could be resolved after reaching Salt Lake City. It is important to appreciate Ben did this, as a courtesy to us, traveling through, while having multiple people in the dealership having cars worked on! Toyota: you have an invaluable asset in Ben Kurre!
